Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS

NAABY COSMETICS is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

NAABY COSMETICS has a processing window of 7–10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, or the actual shipping time.

Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Shipping.


International Shipping

International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied by their local customs authorities. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of NAABY COSMETICS.

Customs Fees:
By placing an order, you accept responsibility for paying any applicable customs fees.

Refusal of Delivery:
NAABY COSMETICS will not provide refunds for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees.

Shipping Timeline:
International orders can take a month or more to arrive.

If you have questions about customs fees or shipping risks, please consult your local customs office before placing an order.


Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at support@naabycosmetics.com within 72 hours of delivery. Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the damage

  • Photographs to verify the issue

We will review your case, and if the damage is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. If the product is not considered damaged (based on NAABY COSMETICS’ sole discretion), no replacement or refund will be issued.

In some cases, a gift card may be issued.

Please note:
“Damaged product” refers only to cracks or malfunctions with the wand or tube. This does not include air spaces that appear when the wand is removed or slight color variations. All products are handmade, and minor differences are normal.


Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the site transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.

NAABY COSMETICS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery and cannot issue refunds for these cases.

Most orders include USPS insurance coverage up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, you may file a claim:

Handmade Product Variations

Most items sold by NAABY COSMETICS are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ in appearance.

  • Lip gloss and body care products may vary slightly in color and texture

  • Lip gloss tubes may contain air bubbles when the wand is removed

  • Some formulas naturally create more bubbles

By purchasing, you understand and accept these variations.

We make every attempt to display accurate colors on our website; however, actual colors may vary based on monitor settings and the handmade nature of the products. NAABY COSMETICS does not guarantee exact color representation.
