Shipping Policy

NAABY COSMETICS has a processing window of 7-10 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, or the actual shipping time.

Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at support@naabycosmetics.com within 72 hours. Your email should include the following details:

• Order number
• Description of the damage
• Photographs to verify the issue

We will review your case, and if the damage is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. However, if the product is found not to be damaged (based on our seller’s discretion), no replacement or refund will be issued.

In some cases, we may choose to issue a gift card to the buyer. Please note that “damaged product” refers to cracks or malfunctions with the wand or tube. This does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed, or slight color variations, as these are handmade products and slight differences may occur.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title to products purchased on the site transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. NAABY COSMETICS cannot provide refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Shipping and include insurance coverage up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim:

International Orders

For international orders, you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival at your local post office. NAABY COSMETICS will not provide refunds for package refusal due to these fees or for packages lost overseas. International orders can take a month or more to arrive, and the purchaser assumes the risk of loss, as these orders are not insured unless additional insurance is purchased.

Handmade Product Variations

Please be aware that most items in our store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from one another. Lip gloss and body care products can have slight variations in color and texture. Lip gloss tubes may contain air bubbles when the wand is removed. Some lip glosses may have more pronounced bubbles due to their formulation. By purchasing, you understand and accept these variations.

We make every attempt to display accurate colors on our website. However, actual colors may vary based on factors such as your monitor settings and the handmade nature of the products. NAABY COSMETICS does not guarantee that the display of any color will be exact.
